No doubt, motherhood is hard sometimes. Dr Andrea's goal in the postpartum period is to nourish Mamas, so they have more energy and can feel better sooner after pregnancy and birth. Let's face it, growing and birthing a baby takes a lot of resources. The Postpartum Replenishment Project was created to replenish vitamin and nutrient stores for Mama's. The program consists of 4 pillars including hormone balancing, proper diet/nutrition, safe supplementation and IV nutrient therapy.
